대한민국의 5.9대선, 4.15‧4.10총선 부정선거 규탄 영어 연설 대회가 28일 오후 3시부터 대통령실 인근인 서울 용산구 전쟁기념관 앞에서 선관위서버까국민운동본부(대표 장재언 박사) 주최로 열린다.
이날 부정선거 규탄 영어 연설엔 김경재 전 의원(전 자유총연맹 총재)와 민경욱 국투본 상임대표(전 국회의원‧가가호호공명선거당 대표)·서석구 변호사·박윤성 부방대 사무총장·신동춘 자유통일연합 대표·김정현 트루스코리아 공동대표(백서스 대표)·장재언 박사 등이 연사로 나선다.

Your holy victory has come from your constant fighting against fraud and rigged election. This is really good news encouraging us fighting against fraud and rigged election here in the Republic of Korea.

Fraud and Rigged Election May 9, 2017 President Election
May 9, 2017 Presidential Election was not less than 1 month before Assembly by-election in 30 electoral districts.
In National Assembly by-election on April 12, 2017 Together Democratic Party took just 7 seats while Liberal Korea Party took as many as 12 seats.
Moreover, Together Democratic Party gave up running for 10 seats, because of the Party was afraid of failure to take seats.
Nevertheless, less than one month later in the Presidential Election Together Democratic Party Presidential Candiate Moon Jae-in was elected contrary to rule of thumb presented in the result of by-election less than one month ago.
According to Public Election Act 151-7, space between candidates and political parties in ballot papers must be allowed. Nevertheless so many ballot papers did not allowed space but just line. During counting, ballots not allowed space were disappeared. It is evident someone took away ballot papers not allowing space. That's why May 9, 2017 Presidential Election was fraud and rigged election.
Nevertheless presidential candidates and their parties never protested. That's why as many as over 2500 voters took legal action to nullify presidential election. I pleaded them in the Supreme Court. Public Election Act recommended judicial court to finish within 181 days from election. The Supreme Court opened election trial over 4 years since over 2500 voters sued and then rapidly dismissed legal action without plenty of time.
More over so many no serial number ballot papers were found in Presidential Election, violated Public Election Act 150-10 demanding serial number ballots. Nevertheless Supreme Court never paid attention to illegal no serial number ballots.
Fraud and Rigged Election April 15, 2020 National Assembly General Election
In Seoul, Inchun, Kyungki province between the ruling party and United Future Party in early votes counting are as follow.

Seoul 63.95% 36.05%
Inchun 63.43% 36.57%
Kyungki 63.58% 36.42%
Such kind of exactly the same 63%/36% counting votes simultaneously between the ruling party and United Future Party in Seoul, Inchun and Kyungki Province is impossible statistically
In election day votes counting of local electorates, United Future Party gets 124 seats 46.2% while the ruling party gets 123 seats 44.9%. On the contrary, in early votes counting, the ruling party gets 198 seats 55.5% while United Future Party gets only 49 seats 35.6%.
There are no reasons to show remarkable difference between early votes counting and election day votes counting. Such kind of striking deference between early votes counting and election day votes counting is apparent proof for fraud and rigged election.
According to public office election act. bar code have to be used in ballot papers, Yet in the recent April 15th general election in South Korea, bar code used in election day voting while QR code was used in early voting. Professor Walter Mebane analyzed QR code was used for rigged election.
Fraud and Rigged Election April 10, 2024 National Assembly General Election.
Among 245 electoral district, National Strength wins as many as 135 seats while Together Democratic Party wins only 110 in election day counting. Yet Together Demcratic Party wins as many as 203 seats while National Strength wins only 42 seats. As a result of striking diffence between election day counting and early votes counting, 52 National Assembly candidates winning in election day lost their seats due to early votes counting.
Such kind of remarkable difference between early voting and election day voting is impossible statistically. That's why April 10, 2024 National Assembly General Election just like April 15 general election is apparent fraud and rigged election
Public Prosecution has no desire to investigate into fraud and rigged election
Group urging investigation and preventing corruption(Boobangdae, Representative Whanggyyoan), National Headquarters Fighting against Rigged Election(Standing Representative, Min Kyung-wook) so many times accused and sued rigged election. Yet Public Prosecution and Judiciary have continued to dismiss their accusation and legal action.
Jang Jae-ern also accused April 10 rigged election, public prosecution now investigate yet drag long time seldom indict rigged election cartel. Han Dong-hoon insist no evidence to prove rigged election.
Korea-US Solidarity for Restoration of Sovereignty(Representative Shin Sookhee, Bae Chang-joon), Korean Residents Team for Trump Victory(Representative Kim Hoe-chang, Advisor Suh Suk-koo) have made strenuous efforts to prevent fraud and rigged election in the United States and the Republic of Korea.
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him who have been called according to his purpose.(Romans 8:28)
Freedom is not free! No Pains No Gains! No cross no salvation no democracy! United we stand divided we fall! We will be united with those who fight for fair election and sound democracy.
Now is the time for us to learn lesson from Trump Republican Party's great victory through their fighting for fair election.
In 2016 US Presidential and general election Trump Republic Party wins landslide victory. As a result of Trump's strong economy checking China resulted in devastating China. At last China, Deep State, US Democratic Party planned to overthrown Trump through rigged election. That why in 2020 in Presidential Election Trump was defeated by their rigged election.
At that time, vice president, ministers of justice, defence, floor leaders of the Senate and the House, and half of Senators and House Representatives surrender rigged election and betrayed Trump just as President Park Geun-hye was impeached due to minister of justice, public prosecution, judiciary, Constitutional Court and over half of National Assembly their betrayal.
That's why Trump let most candidates from fighters for fair election be elected Senators and House Representative. In addition, during the recent Presidential and general election, in advance, Trump and Republican Party launched ID voters in more states and then did their best to prevent rigged election with so many supervisors and lawyers. Their fighting is quite different from Han Dong-hoon and National Strength Party giving up their duty fighting against rigged election.
China made electric voting machines and South Korea made electric voting machine have made so many anti US pro China government in the world. Trump Republican Party was also victim due to China made electronic voting machine counting in as many as 30 stated.
We appeal Trump and Republican Party and the world that you and we are victims of fraud and rigged election by pro China rigged election cartel.
Rigged Election Cartel in China and South Korea have been threatening fair election, deep state and christianity.
Now is the time for Honorable Mr President Trump and us to stamp out fraud and rigged election cartel in China and South Korea to save the United States, South Korea and the world suffering from fraud and rigged election in the world.
We firmly believe God saved your precious life twice to save the United States, South Korea suffering from Satan such as Deep State and Rigged Elecion cartel.

최근 대선, 상원 및 하원 총선, 주지사 선거에서 그랜드슬램 승리를 축하드립니다!
트럼프 대통령의 거룩한 승리는 사기와 조작된 선거에 맞서 끊임없이 싸운 결과입니다. 이것은 대한민국에서 사기와 조작된 선거에 맞서 싸우는 우리를 격려하는 정말 좋은 소식입니다.
오늘 2024년 11월28일 오후 3시부터 오후 5시까지 우리(민경욱·장재언·김경재·박윤성·신동춘김정현 그리고 저 서석구와 공명선거를 위해 싸우거나 부정선거로 권력을 빼앗긴 트럼프와 공화당의 승리를 기도하는 지도자들)는 한국전쟁기념관 앞에 모여서 사기와 조작된 선거로 대한민국의 민주주의와 법치주의가 위협받고 있는 이 사건의 부정선거 진실을 존경하는 도널드 트럼프 대통령님·미국인·우리 국민·한국인 그리고 전 세계 모든 사람에게 전하고자 합ㄴ다.
이 집회는 선거위원회 서버에 대한 압수 수사로 부정선거 진실을 밝히고자 연사들이 영어로 연설해 트럼프 정부와 세계에 부정선거 진실을 널리 호소하기 위해 선관위서버까국민운동본부(대표 장재언 박사)에서 주관하여 기획한 집회입니다.
우리는 중국과 러시아가 지원하는 북한 독재 정권이 침략한 한국전쟁 동안 많은 미국인과 유엔 군인들의 고귀한 희생을 결코 잊지 않을 것입니다.

사기와 조작된 선거 2017년 5월9일 대통령 선거
2017년 5월9일 대통령 선거는 30개 선거구에서 국회의원 보궐선거가 시작되기 불과 1개월 전에 치러졌습니다.
2017년 4월12일 국회의원 보궐선거에서 더불어민주당은 단 7석을 차지한 반면 자유한국당은 무려 12석을 차지했습니다.
더불어민주당은 또한 당선 가능성이 없다고 판단해 10곳 공천을 포기한 초라한 정당이었습니다.
그럼에도 불구하고 대선에서 한 달도 채 지나지 않아 더불어민주당 대선 후보 문재인이 재보궐선거 결과에서 넉넉한 표차로 당선된 것은 경험칙에 반한 부정선거였습니다.
선거법 제151조 제7항에 따르면 투표지에는 후보와 정당 사이에 여백을 두어야 합니다.
그럼에도 불구하고 많은 투표지가 여백을 두지 않고 선만 있었습니다.
개표 과정에서 여백을 두지 않은 투표지는 사라졌습니다. 누군가가 여백을 두지 않은 투표지 대신 투표함을 바꿔치기한 것이 분명하다.
그래서 2017년 5월9일 대선은 사기이고 조작된 선거였습니다.
그럼에도 불구하고 대선 후보와 정당은 결코 불복하지 않았습니다. 그래서 무려 2500명이 넘는 유권자가 대선을 무효화하기 위한 법적 조치를 취했습니다. 저는 대법원에서 그들을 변호했습니다. 공직선거법은 사법부가 선거일로부터 180일 이내에 종결되도록 권고했습니다. 대법원은 2500명 이상의 유권자가 소송을 제기한 후 충분한 시간 없이 제소한지 4년이 지난 후 선거 재판을 시작하고서는 재빨리 기각했습니다.
게다가 대선에서 일련번호가 없는 투표용지가 많이 발견되어 일련번호를 요구한 공직선거법을 150조를 위반했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대법원은 불법적인 일련번호가 없는 투표용지를 유효표로 처리했습니다
사기 및 조작된 부정선거 2020년 4월15일 국회의원 총선
서울·인천·경기도에서 더불어민주당과 통합미래당 간의 사전 투표 집계는 다음과 같습니다.
더불어민주당과 통합미래당
서울 63.95% 36.05%
인천 63.43% 36.57%
경기 63.58% 36.42%
더불어민주당과 통합미래당이 서울·인천·경기도 수많은 투표구에서 똑같이 63%/36%의 비율로 득표하는 것은 통계학적으로 불가능합니다.
지역구 선거구 투표 집계에서 통합미래당은 124석 46.2%를 차지하는 반면 더불어민주당은 123석 44.9%를 차지해 통합미래당이 1석 더 이겼습니다.
그러나 놀랍게도 사전투표 집계에서 더불어민주당은 198석 55.5%를 차지하는 반면 통합미래당은 49석 35.6%에 불과합니다.
당일 투표에서 이긴 정당이 사전투표에서 참패한 것은 극히 이례적입니다.
사전투표 집계와 선거일 투표 집계 사이에 현저한 차이가 있을 이유는 없습니다. 사전 투표 집계와 선거일 투표 집계 사이의 이런 류의 현저한 차이는 경험칙상 불가능한 부정선거임을 증명하는 명백한 증거입니다.
공직 선거법에 따르면 투표지에는 바코드를 사용하고 사전투표에는니다. 그러나 4월15일 한국 총선에서는 당일 투표에는 바코드를 사용하고 사전투표에는 QR 코드를 사용했습니다. 월터 미베인 교수는 QR 코드로 조작이 얼마든지 가능하다고 분석했습니다. QR 코드를 사용한 사전투표에서 더불어민주당표가 무더기로 쏟아진 이유입니다.
사기 부정선거 2024년 4월10일 국회 총선
245개 선거구 중 국민의 힘은 당일 투표에서 135석을 차지하는 반면, 더불어민주당은 당일 투표 집계에서 110석만 차지했습니다. 그러나 민주당은 사전투표 개표결과 203석을 차지하는 반면 국민의힘은 사전 투표에서 42석만 차지했습니다. 선거일 개표와 사전 투표 개표의 현저한 차이로 인해 선거일 투표로로 당선될 국회의원 후보 52명이 사전 투표 부정 개표로 의석을 잃었습니다.
사전 투표와 선거일 투표의 이런 현저한 차이는 통계적으로 불가능합니다. 그래서 2024년 4월10일 국회의원 총선은 4월15일 총선과 마찬가지로 명백한 사기이고 조작된 선거입니다.
검찰은 부정선거를 수사할 아무런 의지가 없습니다.
부정선거부패방지대(부방대·총괄대표 황교안), 4.15부정선거국민투쟁본부(민경욱 상임대표)는 수차례 부정선거를 고발하고 제소했습니다. 그러나 검찰과 사법부는 계속해서 그들의 고발과 제소를 기각했습니다.
장재언 박사는 4.10 조작선거를 고발했고, 검찰은 지금 수사 중이지만 이미 오랫동안 부정선거 카르텔에 대해 모두 면죄부를 주어왔습니다. 여당 대표 한동훈은 부정선거를 증명할 증거가 없다고 주장하는 배신자입니다.
당일 본투표에서 25석이나 더 이긴 국민의힘이 사전투표에서 참패한 것은 통계학적으로 불가능한 명백한 부정선거입니다.
그럼에도 부정선거 증거가 없다는 한동훈을 당대표로 뽑은 국민의힘은 국민 주권을 배신하고 있습니다.
한미주권회복연대(대표 배창준·신숙희·허상기), 트럼프승리위한재미교포대책위원회(RTVKT·대표회장 김회창·고문 서석구)는 미국과 대한민국에서 사기·부정선거를 막기 위해 힘써왔습니다.
하나님의 뜻대로 부르심을 입은 자들에게는 모든 것이 협력하여 선을 이룹니다(로마서 8:28).

한국은 이제 공명 선거를 쟁취하여 대선 상하원 주지사 주의회 다수를 차지한 트럼프 공화당의 위대한 승리에서 교훈을 얻을 때입니다.
2016년 미국 대선과 총선에서 트럼프 공화당이 압도적 승리를 거두었습니다.
트럼프의 강력한 경제가 중국을 견제하는 결과 중국이 파탄되었습니다.
마침내 중국·딥 스테이트·미국 민주당은 부정선거로 트럼프를 전복할 계획을 세웠습니다.
그래서 2020년 대선에서 트럼프 공화당은 조작된 부정선거로 패배했습니다.
당시 부통령·법무부 장관·국방부 장관·상원과 하원의 원내대표·상원과 하원의 절반이 부정선거에 굴복, 트럼프를 배신해 부정선거로 권력을 빼았겼고, 박근혜 대통령도 법무부 장관·검찰·사법부·헌법재판소·국회의원 절반 이상이 배신으로 탄핵당했습니다.
그래서 트럼프는 공명선거를 위해 싸우는 대부분의 후보를 공천해 상원과 하원의원으로 당선되게 했습니다. 게다가 최근 대선과 총선에서 트럼프와 공화당은 사전에 더 많은 주에서 ID를 보유한 유권자에게만 투표권을 주도록 법제화하고 수 많은 감독관과 변호사를 투입하여 부정선거를 막기 위해 최선을 다한 결과입니다.
그들의 투쟁은 한동훈과 국민의힘이 부정선거에 맞서 싸우는 의무를 포기한 것과는 너무나 대조적입니다.
중국이 만든 전자투표기와 한국이 만든 전자투표기는 부정선거로 세계에 많은 반미·친중 정부를 양산해 왔습니다.
트럼프 공화당도 중국이 만든 전자투표기가 30개 주에 투입돼 부정선거로 권력을 빼앗긴 엄청난 피해를 입었습니다.
트럼프 공화당과 한국은 부정선거 카르텔의 패해자가 되어온 비극을 끝내야 합니다.
중국과 한국의 조작된 선거 카르텔은 공명선거와 기독교와 민주주의를 위협해 왔습니다.
이제 존경하는 트럼프 대통령과 우리가 단결하여 중국과 한국의 전자개표기로 조작된 부정선거 카르텔을 근절하여 미국과 한국 그리고 전 세계의 사기와 조작된 선거로 고통받는 세계를 구해야 할 때입니다.
